Remember that you can only apply for the V5C log book online if you don’t want to make any changes to it. You will receive your log book within five working days at the address that DVLA has in the record.

I Have Outstanding Finance On My Car - Can I Sell My Car?

We are ready to pay for any balance on your car. But the loan should not exceed the total price of the car. We require complete detail along with the proper documents from your finance company. You can totally expect us to pay for the loan and deduct the amount from your car’s price. 

If the loan is more than the car’s price, you have to pay the exceeding amount to us to pay to your finance company. You can also pay for the outstanding price yourself before we pick the car. Moreover, we want a document from your finance company confirming the payment.
